How to Use
STEP-1: Take 500 gm of Ajmi FreshMade Dosa Podi in a bowl of sufficient depth. Pour 250 ml of lukewarm water and knead well-adding salt to taste.
STEP-2: Pour 500 ml of lukewarm water to make the batter loose. Set aside for 10-12 hours.
STEP-3: Prepare tasty dosas on a dosa pan / hot griddle.
